New Login Credentials
- Your Email address is your USERNAME.
- Instructions to create a new PASSWORD have been emailed to you.
Member Areas
When members login they can update their profile, change password, and access more research and society information. Member areas include a past AVC Newsletters and many research databases developed by the WGS. You must Login to see these features.
Login
The Login name is always your email address. An initial password has been to each member, which they have the ability to change. Change it to something you are comfortable with and will remember.
Can't Remember Password?
In the Login area, click on Forgot Password. It will then ask you for your email address. An email will be sent to you with a link to change your Password.
Changing Password After Logging In
Once you have logged in with your initial system-created password, an option at the top-right portion of the screen says "Change Password". Click on this and the next screen will ask you for your old password, and a new one. You can use the password from the old system if you like.
Profile Update (Personal Information)
Membership information was transferred directly from our old system. Please review your information and update as required. To update your information, log in to your account and click on your name as it appears in the top-right hand portion of the screen. My Profile will be displayed with several tabs.
The initial page will show all the current information. Click on the Edit Profile block to update your information. When complete, be sure to SAVE the changes.
